I found AS Construction after a Google search as I wanted to use a local company. They produced structural drawings for a loft conversion. I was really pleased with the service I was provided, the company is really well run and I got my plans quickly, correctly and at a better price than any I was quoted. Amir was brilliant. I bought a run down 2 bedroom terraced house which needed  lot of work. His plans maximised my living space. Now that the plans have been executed, I'm enjoying living in the space and would definitely recommend his services to all.

I was referred to A.S Construction by a friend as iv had a really bad experience with another architect. Naveed came out to my property and was very professional from the get go he provided us with a very detailed plan and gave ideas and recommendations which made our extention look a lot better then what was originally planned. His plans were straight forward and builders had no issues at all. The builders were amazed by the level of detail and took Naveeds number for future projects. We bought a house in late 2021and needed to make safe two unsupported chimney stacks where ground floor chimney breasts had been removed years ago. We needed a solution that was safe and compliant with building control regulations, but I wasn't sure where to start. I couldn't find any personal recommendations from anyone I knew for structural engineering services for domestic punters. I saw the favourable reviews on google for A.S. and gave them a call. I was immediately reassured by their patient and competent presentation on the phone and booked an assessment. From that point it was plain sailing. Akther made a thorough inspection, and specified a compliant solution, advising how to manage the application with local building control. We went on to engage A.S. for the supply and fit of the supporting steelwork and the work was conducted smoothly with everything running to schedule. Akther's communication was clear throughout and I can say that A.S. made what might have been a very stressful process very straightforward.
