Building Regulation Drawings
Building Regulation drawings are a set of detailed drawings and construction details that are submitted to Building Control and go into much more detail than planning application drawings. They incorporate the structural design information, present details for wall build ups, floor and roof constructions, insulation requirements and provide compliance with all relevant parts of the Building Regulations. These drawings include enough information for a Contractor to provide an accurate and complete build cost for a project.
