We submit a formal quotation based on information received or discussed during site visit/meetings. once instructed, we process a preliminary design for the consideration of all parties including the client.
Finalized Package
All amendments and comments are incorporated into the package. we finalize the structural scheme with calculations for building control (Building Regulations) submission.
The structural package (Design calculations and drawings) is now ready for submission to all parties. Contractors can confirm their final quote for constructing the build. Party wall surveyors can proceed with their award. Construction shall begin soon after.
