The successful Graduate Structural Engineer will be responsible for preparing structural design calculations, drawings and attending design / site meetings.
Projects: Commercial, Domestic, Educational, Residential, and more.
Requirements:
- A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Between 1-3 years’ relevant experience
- Experience of undertaking the design of structural engineering projects.
- Experience in the production of structural designs, calculations, drawings and specifications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of British Standards, Eurocodes, Building Regulations and Health and Safety.
- Competent in using structural design and analysis software and knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM.
- A can-do attitude with a strong willingness to learn & be challenged.
- A passion for design & engineering.
- A keen interest in building structures.
- Full UK Driving Licence and use of a car is essential.
